We are a company specializing in the production of industrial metal and plastic components from 2D CAD drawings, 3D models, and physical samples. Since 1996, we have collaborated with Italian and international industrial and commercial companies, offering solutions for new manufacturing, replication of discontinued spare parts, and customization.

Manufacturing
We manufacture new or custom designed parts from 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and samples of existing parts (see replicas) using the most suitable and cost-effective technology, in all metal materials (stainless steel 316, 310, 304, aluminum, Inconel 625, iron, bronze, others) and plastics (ABS, KEVLAR, ULTEM 9085, PEEK, CARBON FIBER, ASA, HDPE, LDPE, PA, PBT, PC, others).

Tecnologies
We employ both traditional technologies such as metal casting and plastic and glass injection molding, as well as innovative ones such as 3D printing, rapid molding, and rapid casting. The parts produced can be finished through mechanical machining and surface treatments (burnished, chrome-plating, anodizing, and spray and powder coating in RAL and PANTONE colors).
Replicas
We create replicas of existing parts (e.g., obsolete or discontinued spare parts and components) through 3D scanning and reverse engineering of the sample to create the 3D CAD model used in manufacturing with various technologies.
